HTML cell content is not displayed as expected

I need to create an Excel file in which some cells will content HTML data format as follows:

<p><strong>​test1</strong></p><p><br></p><p><em>test2</em></p><p><br></p><p><u>test3</u></p><p><br></p><p><font size="2">test4</font></p><p><br></p><p><font color="#ff0000">test5</font></p><p><br></p><p><font style="background-color: rgb(255, 102, 0);">test6</font></p><p><br></p><p align="left">test7</p><p align="left"><br></p><ol><li><div align="left">test 8</div></li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

The generated excel file still displays HTML tags and not the formatted content in HTML.

Any ideas ?
