add border or format a cell

I need help in adding border to a cell, or styling a cell, any examples?

I retrieve a Cell at some given row and given column , I want to find the style or format this cell , please advice how to?

I manged to add border by creating a cell with border in my template , then use this cell .getS() for new cells I will add and delete this row.
