JAXB representation of SVG 1.1

http://dev.plutext.org/trac/docx4j/changeset/1080 is a JAXB representation of SVG 1.1, generated using XJC.

This will be used to convert shapes to SVG.

It could also be used as inside libraries which convert EMF/WMF to SVG.
