unable to add custom xml to Word do generated via docx4j

Hi Jason,
i am working with the FromReplacementDemo ( https://github.com/plutext/docx4j/blob/ ... ement.java ) - I have made some minor modifications to inject and bind a "regular" xml (as opposed to the answers format used in that particular example)

In the output file, opendope disables the "add custom xml" button as shown in the attached picture.


The word document looks fine otherwise. I am attaching the screenshot, sample code and output to this message. Appreciate your help in advance.
