PDF output: footer positioning and table height

Hello,
While converting from docx to pdf, the height of the table and the empty new lines seem to be distorted .
I have tried using the stable 2.8.1 build,docx4j-nightly-20130627.jar build as well as the docx4j-3.0alpha-FOPr1468367 build
