PDF not generating from the provided .docx

I have installed Docx4j.NET(3.2.0.1) from Nuget.
My requirement is to Mail Merge and the output could be saved in Word or Pdf.

From my template file (File 1), I am successfully able to complete a mail merge and save a word document(File 2), but when I am converting the File 2 to pdf then the pdf generated is from File 1.
i.e. the mail merge portion is missing in the pdf.

Am I missing any settings?
