News of PDF output

We are seeing some formatting issues while converting documents on a Unix environment. Windows environment seems to be fine, however the same pdf logic conversion running on our Unix version seems to have some issues with font formatting.
We do not see any bold letting and some of the index numbering is in a bigger font.
We can save a docx4j created document as a pdf using Word and it all looks good.

First of all let me thank you for this extremely useful library.
But I am having a little problem related to fonts when the docx is converted to pdf and also when docx is converted to XHTML. It fails to recognize any font and defaults all to a single font. I am sure I am missing something. Only if you can look at it and guide me.
I am using windows 7 box ...

I have some CustomDocProps in a footer that I want to update with FieldUpdater.update(true)
which works fine, howerver after calling this the PDF created by Docx4J.toPDF() fails
to update the page number/numpages properties correctly I have looked into it slightly and
the report states its "Ignoring" the two fields in the updater.

I have fileds in the header which I also want to update so for now Im calling update(false)
and explicitly updating ...

Im using java web application API docx4j 3.0. When after converting word to PDF, window dialog appears in web browser click on save button it save in my hard drive proper and also open Adobe reader in first time, but again save it in my hard disk and open it, it will corrupted.

I've different docx files (created in Word and filled with XdocReport). Two of these files must be generated as A5 PDFs (so, that the printer automaticaly will choose the correct tray). A5 isn't yet supported in docx4J, so I wrote following code:

hey when i try to convert a docx to pdf i get the exception you see at the bottom, the failure comes from:
