FOP 1.0 and 1.1 are affected by an issue documented and partially worked around by:

I have found that the PDF converter is failing to render all tables. I will paraphrase my findings here:

In org.docx4j.model.table.TableModel.handleRow, I am for every table, hitting the 'log.warn' line below:

Using docx4j 2.8.1 and latest nightly

When we try to convert a docx document to PDF that has a bigger than normal footer (we add a quite large image in the footer) then the footer get "cut off". It seems like that the PDF conversion never change the size of the footer(only render the default size). We do the conversion in the simplest possible way:

WordprocessingMLPackage wp2 = WordprocessingMLPackage.load(new File("c:/testing23.docx"));
PdfConversion c = ...

I want to try pdf conversion using Itext but I did not find the class org.docx4j.convert.out.pdf.viaIText.Conversion
entire package org.docx4j.convert.out.pdf.viaIText is not in the downloaded docx4j.zip,
where is org.docx4j.convert.out.pdf.viaIText.Conversion ?

I just started to use docx4j since one week ago. I finised some templating and conversion tasks.
It only remained one problem : i have a docs with tables, images , and a certain page structure. After the conversion the pdf structure is messed up: for example I have a contents page , with a lot of blank space in the bottom part of the page, but in pdf this blank space is ...

I have an existing .docx file with some text placeholders that I need to dynamically substitute and then output as a PDF. Is it possible with docx4j? What are the main APIs of docx4j I need to call to achieve this?

I am trying to convert the Arabic text docx file into PDF using docx4j. The coverted PDF is having invalid characters(####) for arabic text.
When I verified .fo file, it has the proper arabic characters.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

The command I'm using is:

How i could convert docx to pdf?

I try to use

but output is awful, especially tables(converter can not calculate the width of the columns)
And this conversion requires too much memory
