Do you have any example how to fill out docx (text) form fields (not mail merge fields).
I've seed a lot of similar questions - but no answer that helps.

Hi I just found out about this java api. Previously I've only known POI. I used POI in the past for an excel manipulation program, but now I am working on a DOCX automation project.
I would like to know how possible these requirements for my project are using docx4j:

1. Open template Document A, fill in missing information
2. Open template Document B, fill in missing information
3. Open template Document C, fill in ...

documentPart.getXML() is coming as null for some of the docx files however when I open the file in word 2010 and save the same file I am getting values from the docx file.
Enclosed the docx file. Reqesting your kind advise how to handle the scenario when documentPart.getXML() gives null value.

Below is the code:

Hi,

I was trying to add the bookmark for a particular content(RunIns or RunDel) in the document. the program run's success however the added bookmark is not affected in the output document.
Requesting your advice to fix this.

Does word (docx) supports paragraph rules ? Paragraph line above and below rules which are supported in Indesign as shown below?

I want to rotate text within R (org.docx4j.wml.R). The property scene3D of Rpr is of type org.docx4j.w14.CTScene3D and all the tags of w14 are ignored in the xml, due to which text rotation is not getting applied.

I am adding some text, tables, images dynamically and generating a docx, how can find the total number of pages of that generated docx as i need to mention in the first page.

Im seeing an increasing number of issues where files on some versions of word/windows when processed through docx4j (code sample below), produce a corrupt file. I've attached the main document.xml that contains loads of extra namespaces which (i think) but I'm not 100% sure could be causing this.

To replicate this, all I need to do is do something like:
