I want to use docx4j in my project, but I can't find some options which I need.
1. Exists in docx4j "if" which can be put in docx and condition will be checking with java variables e.g.
if(<java_var>)
put table to docx
else
put something else

2. Can I, instead of String, replace ${variable} (in docx) with List<String>?

As part of my Html to docx conversion,
I need to set the before and after spacing to a paragraph,
even after adding the spacing word is not rendering any space before or after.
It shows up in the wml but no impact when we open the docx.

Been using docx4j for a long time now .. I'm currently using version 2.8.0 (yes -- I know .. why haven't I upgraded).

Perhaps upgrading would just solve my problem..

Am started using docx4j for my html to docx conversion,
Using docx4j 3.1.0 and docx4j ImportXHTML 3.0.1,

with the above jars am unabe to get my unordered list items as bulleted list,
it allways generates decimal numbered format ( irrespective of <ol> or <ul> ), even after applying "ListParagraph" pStyle
and tried multiple times with different NumId's for the numPr respective to the abstract Num definition which
has "bullet" num_fmt.

I use docx4j to put macros in documents I create in my application. Following code works great with versions 2.8.1 and lower but doesn't work work with newer versions.
What has changed ? I really need to use new version (3.2.1) because of PDF issues but I need my macros too.

What I do now is I take macros from default template and put them in my new documents:

MainDocumentPart wordDocumentPart = output.getMainDocumentPart();
ContentTypeManager ...

I'm running a multithreaded application in which each thread is a heavy docx4j user.
Profiling the application, I'm noticing some contention around XmlUtils.getNewDocumentBuilder() which is blocking the static instance of DocumentBuilderFactory.

From what I understand from https://jaxp.java.net/docs/spec/html/#p ... ead-safety, the DocumentBuilderFactory.newDocumentBuilder() method should be threadsafe.
