News of content controls (w:sdt) and data binding

So I was able to get your invoice demo up and working, as well as one of my own. There was one small hitch I had - how did you put the repeat content control on the table? I tried a couple of different ways, and couldnt get it with my own table - ended up copying yours and modifying it in my own document to get it working.

I need help on how to use content control and altChunk together to insert a docx into another docx. I find a useful link talking about this using Open XML SDK. http://devmeat.com/show/172347. I am programmatically inserting custom XML to be displayed in a docx file. I am making use of the bindingrole=repeat, and everything is working wonderfully! However, if I have a content control setup for an attribute which isn't always set in the XML, say a person's title.
