Offline Add in installation

Hi,

I am trying to install word helper addin: http://www.opendope.org/downloads/autho ... /setup.exe

But it's unable to download files while installing(https://www.opendope.org/downloads/auth ... uthor.vsto). I am suspecting it's because of my proxy.

Is there any way I can install the addin offline?

That link is for an OpenDoPE AddIn. Do you want OpenDoPE or the Helper AddIn? These are 2 different things...
