Yes, however in the near term we are focused on other parts of the collaboration system. A first commercial release is imminent, and after that, we may apply additional resources to docx4all.

adding layout

A first priority here is to try to match Word's page layout, for pages with just paragraphs and tables (as opposed to columns, images etc )

table handling

Tables should render already, including merged cells. But there is more to do on cell/column width/resizing etc. Although the editor might not display them perfectly, it won't lose any formatting that was already present, so a round trip to Word should not be lossy.

spellcheck etc.

People seem to like spellcheck, so I guess we should escalate this one
