Unordered List in Horizontal Manner

Can you please suggest me how to show the unordered list items in a horizontal manner as shown in the attachment.

Possible approaches:
- in table cells
- using bullet characters in a simple paragraph, possibly with a tab before the second bullet
- using columns
- text box

I'd use table cells or bullet characters in a simple paragraph. The problem with bullet characters in a simple paragraph if you use a tab character is that the tab isn't handled well in PDF/HTML output (if that is important to you).
