SetRot is not working for more than 45 degree XLSX4J

For the angles above 45 degrees the width and the height is getting interchanged after rotation and results in incorrect shape.

This behaviour is seen for angle above 45degrees. Rotation works fine for 0 - 45 degree. For EXCEL.

Please suggest.
