Parent pointer plugin - source code

My application uses DocX4J and has to ship with the JARs it depends on. As far as I understand the terms of Apache license (that DocX4J uses), I have to list all components I am using and provide the source code or tell the user where he can obtain the source code. Unfortunately, I can't find any official web site for the Parent Parent Plugin (parent-pointer-plugin-1.0.jar) and its source code. Could anybody direct me to it?

I suppose it would be useful for all users of DocX4J to have a list of all dependencies including their license and the "official" web site or source code location.
