kindly check your copy for uncommitted changes to org.opendope.SmartArt.dataHierarchy.ListItem. In trunk, DiagramDataUnflatten calls methods getDepth()/setDepth() on it which do not exist, and is thus broken (apparently since Monday afternoon my timezone).
