Open doc in weblayout by default after conversion using docx

I was able to successfully convert html to docx using docx4j
a)Need to be opened in weblayout
After doing the conversion,when I open the converted docx,its coming in print layout by default(View tab)
I need the word doc to be opened in web layout.
b)GridLine spacing is more:
The converted document (b docx4j) the grid line spacing is too high.
Have uploaded the sample document also.
actualdoc is the exact output needed.
converted_doc_usingdocx4j is the sample doc of docx4j conversion one.

c)Need to disable few table tools properties
The design tab,mailing tab properties etc need to be disabled after conversion.

Kindly some one assit on the above things and share the example codes.

Issue b is fixed.kindly some one guide.how to save the created docx in weblayout so that while opening,it opens in same weblayout

Issue b still exist for me.
The spacing between two rows are more .how to reduce it.

I am using xhtmlimporter for converting html to docx.

getting below issue.kindly help us.

when converting from html to docx file, the table properties are not exactly same as html .
So the values in the column are breaking to next line which is not expected .Also the row height is more
when compared to the expected docx.
we have attached html file ,generated docx and expected docx for your reference.
Kindly help us reagrding this.
