modify docx to change the font style of existing content

Hi,
I am new to using docx4j , so need little help.

i have docx file with content in it and a json file with few sentences taken from the same docx file. I need to change the font style of only those sentences (from the JSON file)
in the docx file.
i have been looking on the forum posts but i am confused, please if anybody can help with this.
just a small example on how to modfiy existing document would help me understand.
