How to set Image's relative text position?

I need to create a header that contains an image and text.
How can I adjust the image's relative text position?

There are a couple of different types of images, so we need to know what the XML for the headers look like. You can see it by unzipping, or by uploading to the demo webapp (see link in menu above).

Once you have it, reply here, wrapping it in tag <xml> .. </xml> but using square brackets instead of angle brackets.
