how to insert a attachment to docx document

anyone knows how to insert an file(such as pdf, image, video...) as attachment to a docx document?
why i didn't see any available examples from the official documentation??

You can search this forum for earlier posts containing "OLE".

Alternatively, Plutext's commercial "docx4j OLE Helper" will do the trick.
