can some one provide me an example to do the bold , italics , underline....

Dead easy, but you need to help yourself... create an example docx in Word, and examine the resulting XML in the document.xml part. Replicate that (have a look at our Getting Started document), and then please feel free to post your code here (whether you are having problems or not).
